Freight charges are calculated by volume & weight.

We use Australia Post & as a guide, we can ship up to 75 seedlings (5 kg) for $17.60 except to Western Australia and Tasmania, where documentation charges have to be added.

Smaller orders are proportionate, the cubic capacity / weight ratio is the overall governing factor. Larger & overseas orders by quote.

We are sure you appreciate that we have no control over your order once it leaves the nursery, our liability is limited to the packing, & every effort is made by us to ensure you receive the goods as they left the nursery. NO guarantee is available on flasks. Any claim for damaged PLANTS must be lodged with us within 10 days OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.

All our crosses are bred from the finest parents; germinated from dry seed whenever possible & established to ensure the product you receive is the best available.

We suggest you supply us with an alternative/alternatives rather than be totally disappointed, as some stock lines are limited.

All plants offered are in 50mm tubes, 80mm, 100mm, 115 or 140mm POTS OR MOUNTED, & PRICED ACCORDINGLY & ARE SUBJECT TO PRIOR SALE.

We will only substitute items on an order with your permission.
