Sarc. Cherie ‘Cherryi’ in X2415                                               S. Cream Cake ‘Ginger’ the original

For 2010 we offer 3 new Hybrids, and we feel should produce some exciting results.
We have used a little old and a little new in the breeding department, their shapes, potential colours and the combinations as well as their sizes will be quite varied, which is what Hybridising is all about.

With species like fitzgeraldii, hirticalcar, olivaceous, falcatus, a dash of ceciliae and of course hartmannii, in varying degrees in some of the crosses, should be a prize winner or three in amongst those.

We have some more of the Sarc. Rachael remakes using our ’04 Gold Ira Butler winner in Sarc.  Heidi ‘Albert Brown’ as the Dad for your consideration.

This time Marion ‘Ginger’ has taken off and had a liaison with hartmannii ‘Yellow Snow’, he should certainly give Marion a more rounded outlook, colour well, toss a coin.

As you will see ‘Bee Ess’ has been very active in the pollen distribution department, and our 2831 is just one of them.

Thank you to our Victorian Friends in Francis & Eric Wilde to whom we gave flowers off ‘BEE ESS’ (with pollen),

and they placed it on a piece of Neville Ropers handiwork in Magenta, which is Fairy Scarlet x Fitzhart. a big flower and more pink & red than white. They are growing like mini Vanda’s,

If you haven’t got a ‘Funny Face’ as yet, nothing personal, these should be showing flowers in the not too distant future, from the ones we have potted up as is Rachael and Marina Harriott, can’t wait for spring/summer.
