OTHER SELECT SPECIES AND HYBRIDS

                                                                Laelia purpurata ‘Adams #1 ‘

We do have a few interesting items for you to ponder, the Mexican species in trichopilia galleotiana  still have a few well established plants. A new hybrid that should produce an interesting easy to grow result, having a double shot of Laelia anceps one being vietchiana ‘Fordyce Blue’.

Whilst in the species arena we have a C. mossiae semi Alba sibling cross and a trianaei sibling cross , both awarded one FCC/AOS and the other AM/AOS.

We do have a few new goodies that may just take your fancy. Some interesting Cattleya alliance hybrids, as well as some of the not so common Cattleya species from Brazil and Venezuela. Whilst we are down South of the border, from Mexico we have the trichopilia galleotiana, it has taken some time to get it to do the right thing, although goodies are limited.

Whilst these lines are not a major focus, we consider it an important part of our range, to appeal to those who are interested in an alternative to the Australian natives for that reason there will be in most cases limited quantities, we suggest a speedy response to these crosses to avoid disappointment.

C. purpurata ( ‘Walkiano x ‘Adams #1’ )
